We audit annual and interim financial statements prepared under Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS) and IFRS, for single entities and for groups that need consolidated reporting. Our approach is risk-based: we spend our time on the balances and judgements that carry the most risk for your business.
Because we are registered with the FRA, the CBE and the Egyptian Stock Exchange, we can sign the audits that listed companies, non-bank financial institutions and banks are required to file. We also help finance teams prepare for changes in reporting, including the move to IFRS 18.
At the end of every audit you receive a management letter that explains what we found and what to fix, in plain language.
